Club unveils the 2026/27 home kit
February 14, 2026
The new crimson shirt, shaped by a supporter vote, pays tribute to the founders of 1948.
FC Lineuper today revealed its home kit for the 2026/27 season at a packed launch event in the east stand, with captain Giorgi Maisuradze and goalkeeper Nika Tsereteli modelling the shirt in front of 600 supporters. It is the first kit in the club's history to be chosen entirely by a member vote.
A design with a story
The shirt keeps the deep crimson that has defined the club since 1948 and adds a fine white pinstripe, a reference to the lines of type that gave Lineuper its name. A discreet gold thread runs along the collar, and the inside of the neck carries the motto One club, one line-up in both Georgian and English.
More than 4,200 members voted between three finalist designs in January. The winning concept, created by Tbilisi graphic designer Ana Gelashvili, collected 61 per cent of the vote.
I wanted a shirt that a grandfather would recognise and a ten-year-old would want to wear to school. The pinstripe does both jobs.
What is new this season
- A lighter, recycled-polyester fabric with laser-cut ventilation under the arms.
- A woven crest instead of a printed one, which makes the shirt more durable.
- Sizes from 6 years to 4XL, with a dedicated women's fit.
- Every shirt carries a small tag listing the 1948 founders.
When and where to buy
The home shirt (160 GEL) is available from today at the club shop on Rustaveli Avenue and online. Members receive a 10 per cent discount during launch week, and the first 500 orders include a numbered commemorative card. The away and third kits will be revealed later in the spring.
The shirt will make its competitive debut at Lineuper Arena on the opening weekend of the season.
